Amicus Recruit Pty Ltd recognises its moral and legal responsibility to provide a level of privacy for all employees and clients in relation to personal data that they may provide. This commitment is also extended to ensuring that the operation of the organisation does not put the individual at risk of personal information disclosure unless authorisation is obtained by the individual concerned.

An individual can request access to the personal information that we hold by contacting Amicus Recruit. Access to personal information can only be accessed by authorised individuals or organisations. In the case of testing of individuals undertaken for organisations, the assessed individuals can gain access to their assessment information by contacting Amicus Recruit. The results and assessment report will be provided to the organisation that requested the assessment.
