Australian Federal Police Criminal History Check

In order to work in the UK you will need to get a Criminal History Check from the Australian Federal Police (AFP). This check must be no more than 3 months old at time of departure. To apply for this please download the form from:

New Zealand Police Check

If you are from New Zealand you will need to apply for a New Zealand Police Check before you can work in the UK. This check must be no more than 3 months old at time of departure.

Registration / Validation for Social Workers

Social Workers must have their qualification verified by a body in the UK called the General Social Care Council (GSCC). Please contact your amicus consultant for these forms.

Registration for Occupational Therapy Workers

All Occupational Therapy Workers must register with the Health Professions Council (HPC) before they can work in the UK. We have heaps of advice to help you through this sometimes tricky process so please contact us for help.
